This sweet family recently welcomed their newest baby just as Dad retired from the Marine Corps. After years of service, sacrifice, and dedication to our country, he stepped into a brand-new role: full-time father of a growing family. Capturing this season — both an ending and a beautiful beginning — was such an honor.

As a newborn photographer serving Lovettsville and Loudoun County, I believe photography is about preserving legacy. This session wasn’t just about welcoming a baby — it was about honoring a father’s years of service and the start of a new chapter centered around family.

Newborn sessions take place in the comfort of your home, allowing families to relax and soak in those early days. With 1–3 hours set aside, we move at baby’s pace — allowing time for feeding and soothing.
